Ohio Attorney General – Charitable Law Section
Responsibilities of the Ohio Attorney General include overseeing the state’s charitable organizations. Registration and reporting forms and regulations can be accessed on the site, as well as sections of the Ohio Revised Code that apply to charities and informational brochures.

This website contains resources such as information and forms regarding filing requirements of non-profit corporations. Organizations can also check the status of their filing in a searchable database and access informational brochures.

Propel Nonprofits (Previously Nonprofits Assistance Fund and MAP for Nonprofits)
This organization provides a more holistic approach to services that meet a nonprofits’ needs, including the ability to more closely link strategy, governance, and finance and to support nonprofits throughout their organizational lifecycle. Propel Nonprofits serves nonprofit organizations in Minnesota and the adjacent states of Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
