Stephanie Richards (she/her/hers)  is the Grants and Operations Coordinator for the Morgan Family Foundation and is responsible for managing the Foundation’s grantmaking processes, as well as ensuring effective and efficient Foundation operations. She is originally from Lancaster, Ohio, and graduated with a degree in Music Industry from Capital University. Stephanie has worked for both the Columbus Symphony Orchestra and the Jazz Arts Group in development and finance, and began working with the Morgan Family Foundation in 2019. Since moving to the Yellow Springs area in 2015, she has volunteered for the Yellow Springs Arts Council, and currently serves as Treasurer for the Board of Directors of John Bryan Community Pottery. Stephanie is an active member of PEAK Grantmaking, where she is the Program Co-Chair for the local chapter, and has served on the Knowledge Work Advisory Group, the 2022, 2023, and 2024 PEAK Conference Planning Committees, and the 2023 Leadership Summit Planning Committee, and participated in the inaugural LEAD cohort in 2024. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys baking, making pottery, and spending time with her two remarkable daughters.
